Can I return a product?

Yes. At Cannatonic we love our products and believe you should too. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly refund or exchange your unopened product within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us at Support@Cannatonic.co within the 30 days and we will email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back to us at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund or exchange will be issued and an email will be sent notifying you of the transaction.

If you purchased our product through a Cannatonic distributor or retailer, please go to the original purchase location for any returns or exchanges

What if my product was damaged during shipping?

Be sure to check your order once it arrives for any shipping damages. You can submit claims for damaged products by sending us an email at support@Cannatonic.co within three days after receiving the shipment. Please include specific details and photos of the damaged product.

Shipping and processing

Please allow 2-3 days for processing once we receive your order. Shipping is estimated at 2-5 business days after processing but can vary due to recipient location. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance. Payment receipt and tracking information will be sent via email after we complete your order.
